Why finding you “why” is the most important step in starting your own business

I spent so many years trying to start a business without a purpose, and that is why I failed fast and hard each time.  I had to find a reason to get up every day that wasn’t built around money.  I had to think about every job and move I made in the past to really dig deep and find out why I made the choices I made in my life.

I started modeling because I wanted to feel beautiful

I became an army medic because I wanted others to feel their best

I became a hairstylist because I wanted people to feel their best and feel beautiful.

Now that I really have to figure out how to be a leader my why is so important.

I enjoy motivating people, I love giving people the “ ah ha “ moment, I love it when something I say resonates with people and makes their lives better.

Money is nice and we all need it to live a stress-free life but at the end of the day in order to live a fulfilled life you must look beyond the money and lean on your why. I get up every day hoping I change someone's life for the better.
